About the Winery
Azienda Agricola Conte Emo Capodilista - La Montecchia is one of Italy's oldest family wine estates, with the Emo family present since the Middle Ages on the slopes of La Montecchia hill in the Colli Euganei near Padua. The estate, currently managed by Count Giordano Emo Capodilista, surrounds the magnificent 16th-century Villa Emo Capodilista and produces refined wines from both native (Raboso, Fior d'Arancio) and international varieties (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère) on volcanic soils.
