About the Winery

COS is a celebrated organic winery in Vittoria, southeastern Sicily, founded in 1980 by three friends who revolutionized Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG winemaking. Their wines are crafted using traditional methods, including fermentation in terracotta amphorae, with a focus on indigenous varieties like Frappato and Nero d'Avola.
