Colle Uncinano is a family-run winery located in Spoleto, Umbria, in the land of Trebbiano Spoletino, where they have been producing wine since 2005 across 25 hectares of vineyards nestled between the Monti Martani mountains and the Umbrian valley at 348 meters above sea level. The estate cultivates both native varieties including Sagrantino, Grechetto, and Trebbiano Spoletino alongside international grapes like Sauvignon Blanc, Sangiovese, and Merlot, producing wines characterized by elegance and authenticity from sandy-clay soils.
