Colle Mora is a family winery in Montefalco, Umbria, born from the Tabarrini Raffaele family's desire to continue a winemaking tradition that began in the 1950s, with Simone Tabarrini serving as the estate's winemaker. The estate focuses on producing wines from the best vineyard areas of the Montefalco terroir, including Sagrantino di Montefalco DOCG, with grapes harvested by hand and wines aged in small French oak barrels before bottling at full maturity, following traditional methods without mechanical filtration.
