About the Winery
Colle del Saraceno is a family-run winery located at 470 meters on the slopes around Montefalco, Umbria, founded in the early 1900s by the Botti family on land that has always included Sagrantino vineyards. The estate maintains a production philosophy inspired by Virgil's words Praise a large estate but cultivate a small one, vinifying only a limited portion of the harvest to ensure consistently high quality in their Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG, both dry and passito versions, as well as their other red and white wines.
