Bressan Mastri Vinai, located in Farra d'Isonzo on the edge of the Collio Goriziano, is a unique philosophical winery led by Fulvio Bressan, the 9th generation of winemakers since 1726. The estate practices extreme natural viticulture on gravel-topped soils near the Isonzo River: no irrigation, no synthetic chemicals, indigenous yeasts, no filtration, spontaneous fermentation, and dry farming, producing wines of intense aromatic wealth from indigenous varieties including Friulano, Malvasia, Ribolla Gialla, Schioppettino, and Pignolo.
