About the Winery

Claudio Cipressi is a pioneering organic winegrower in San Felice del Molise, where he established his current estate in 2014 on 15 hectares of calcareous-clay soils, producing 35,000 to 50,000 bottles annually. A key figure in valorizing Molise's viticultural potential, Cipressi cultivates indigenous varieties including Tintilia (12 hectares), Montepulciano, Falanghina, and Trebbiano alongside two sparkling wines, a passito, grappa, and extra virgin olive oil, with both vineyard and cellar certified organic since 2014.
