About the Winery
Founded in 1947 in Cori, Cincinnato is a benchmark cooperative winery in Lazio with over 550 hectares tended by 105 member growers, half of them certified organic. The cooperative is renowned for its quality-focused project reviving native varieties such as Nero Buono and Bellone, and for being the first to produce a monovarietal Nero Buono wine.
