Cesarini Sforza, founded in 1974 in Trento by Count Lamberto Cesarini Sforza, is one of the pioneering estates that contributed to the growth and development of Trentodoc as Italy's finest mountain sparkling wine. The winery's vineyards in the Val di Cembra reach up to 1,000 meters on steep terraced red porphyric soils, producing metodo classico wines of pronounced minerality, freshness, and energy through native yeast fermentations.
