About the Winery

Cenatiempo is a historic winery on the island of Ischia, founded in 1945 by Francesco Cenatiempo and now run by Pasquale Cenatiempo and Federica Predoni. The estate works 6 hectares of organically farmed vineyards across 17 parcels on volcanic soils at elevations up to 600 meters, producing mineral-driven wines from indigenous island varieties including Biancolella, Forastera, and Per'e Palummo (Piedirosso) in the cellar near the port of Ischia.
