Cembra Cantina di Montagna is a cooperative winery in the Cembra Valley, Trentino, situated at 700 meters above sea level, making it the highest winery in Trentino. The cooperative produces wines from steep terraced vineyards on porphyry soils, where the dramatic temperature swings between day and night create wines of exceptional freshness, minerality, and aromatic intensity.
