About the Winery
The Cavicchioli family has cultivated vines in San Prospero, Modena, for over a century, bottling under their own name since 1928 with 235 acres of vineyards including 173 acres of prized Lambrusco di Sorbara. Brothers Sandro (winemaker) and Claudio focus on vineyard ownership, low yields, and DOC production, establishing Cavicchioli as a leader in high-quality Lambrusco including the legendary ""Vigna del Cristo"" single-vineyard wine.
