About the Winery

Caudrina, also known as La Caudrina, is a family-owned winery in Castiglione Tinella, Piedmont, founded by Romano Dogliotti in the 1970s and renowned as a benchmark producer of Moscato d'Asti. Romano pioneered high-quality, small-batch Moscato production, and today the estate—run by Romano, his wife Bruna, and their sons—also crafts Barbera d'Asti and Nizza wines, all from estate-grown grapes.
