Cataratto

About the Winery

Cataratto is one of Sicily's oldest and most widely planted indigenous white grape varieties, representing about 33% of the island's vineyard area. Primarily grown in the western provinces of Agrigento, Trapani, and Palermo, Catarratto is used in DOC Sicilia wines, Marsala production, and increasingly as a high-quality single-varietal dry white wine.
