Castrum Wine Relais is a boutique winery and luxury accommodation in Castelrotto, on the highest hill of Valpolicella Classica, housed in the historic 18th-century Villa Fraccaroli. The Giampiero Borghetti winery produces the Castrum collection of five Valpolicella wines, Amarone, Ripasso, Valpolicella Classico, Corvina, and Recioto, dedicated to the works of sculptor Innocenzo Fraccaroli, alongside a wine bar and bistro experience.
