Castello di Meleto is a certified organic winery in Gaiole in Chianti with 130 hectares of vineyards, one of the largest producers of organic Chianti Classico. The estate's castle dates back to the 11th century, and it produces Chianti Classico DOCG, Riserva, Gran Selezione from five distinct vineyard zones, and Vin Santo, employing data-driven technology and maintaining a strong commitment to biodiversity with three million bees restored to the local biome.
