About the Winery
Castel Faglia was founded in 1989 in Calino, a hamlet of Cazzago San Martino, in the heart of the Franciacorta region at 300 meters above sea level. Named after Colonel Umberto Faglia, the estate produces Franciacorta DOCG wines from vineyards on perfectly sun-exposed morainic hillsides, crafting sparkling wines through the traditional method.
