About the Winery

Castel di Salve is a historic winery founded in 1885 by Antonio Winspeare, Duke of Salve, in Depressa di Tricase, in the heart of the Salento peninsula. Now run by the fourth and fifth generations of the Winspeare family, the estate farms approximately 31 hectares of vineyards across Supersano, Parabita, and Casarano, producing characterful wines from native Salento varieties including Negroamaro, Primitivo, Verdeca, and Malvasia Nera di Lecce.
