Caseo is a project by Tommasi Family Estates located in the Oltrepò Pavese region, producing wines that embrace both tradition and innovation. Their philosophy centers on being 'classico solo nel metodo' — classic only in method — while creating distinctly unconventional wines that reflect the character of the Lombardy terroir.
