About the Winery

Casebianche is an organic and biodynamic winery in Torchiara, Cilento, founded in 2000 by architects Elisabetta Iuorio and Pasquale Mitrano. The 14-hectare property includes 5.5 hectares of vines on clay-limestone Cilentano flysch soils, where the couple produces acclaimed wines from Fiano, Aglianico, and indigenous varieties including innovative bottle-fermented sparkling wines that have earned multiple Tre Bicchieri awards from Gambero Rosso.
