About the Winery

Cascina Mondator is a family-run organic farm on the hills of Custoza near Lake Garda, founded and managed by Roberto Predomo. The estate cultivates vineyards using traditional pruning and harvesting methods, producing organic Custoza and Custoza Superiore wines as well as Metodo Classico sparkling wines, all crafted with careful attention to preserving the authentic flavors of the terroir.
