Cascina Giambolino is a family farm in the Colli Tortonesi of Piedmont that has preserved its agricultural traditions since the mid-1900s, producing wines including Derthona Timorasso, Monleale Barbera, Croatina, and Cortese. The estate spans approximately fifty hectares where winemakers Alice and Lele craft wines that showcase the biodiversity of the Tortona hills, accompanied by their own house-made cured meats.
