About the Winery
Giuseppe Contratto, now known simply as Contratto, is a historic sparkling wine house founded in 1867 in Canelli, Piedmont, and is considered the birthplace of Italian Metodo Classico. In addition to their celebrated Alta Langa DOCG sparkling wines, they also produce vermouth and liqueurs, continuing a legacy of excellence that spans more than 150 years.
