About the Winery

Casa Vinicola Bennati is a historic family winery founded in 1920 by Antonio ""Toni Recioto"" Bennati and his son Annibale in Cazzano di Tramigna, near Soave. Now in its fourth generation with brothers Giorgio and Paolo and cousin Claudio, the estate produces Amarone, Ripasso, Valpolicella, Soave, and Lugana from native Veronese varieties, with particular expertise in the traditional appassimento drying process.
