Cantore di Castelforte is a family-owned winery in Manduria, Puglia, managing 600 hectares of land across multiple farm estates including Centonze, Tre Torri, Mazzetta, and Cicimaia in the Primitivo di Manduria zone. The estate produces approximately 25,000 hectoliters of wine annually, equivalent to three million bottles, with a focus on Primitivo and Negroamaro that has earned national and international recognition.
