Cantine Viola, founded by Luigi Viola, is a historic winery in Saracena, Calabria, renowned for preserving the rare Moscato Passito di Saracena, a wine tradition saved from extinction. The estate also produces wines from indigenous Gaglioppo, Lacrima, Malvasia, and Guarnaccia varieties in the scenic Pollino mountain landscape.
