Cantine I Pàstini is a family-owned winery established in 1996 in the Valle d'Itria, between Martina Franca and Locorotondo, Puglia, on 17 hectares of espalier-trained vineyards. The estate focuses on classic indigenous white varieties including Verdeca, Bianco d'Alessano, Fiano, and Minutolo, alongside Primitivo and Susumaniello, using organic and traditional methods with hand-picked grapes.
