Cantine Due Palme is a cooperative winery founded in 1989 in Cellino San Marco, Puglia, in the heart of the Salento peninsula, now representing one of the region's largest cooperatives. The estate produces wines from indigenous varieties including Negroamaro, Primitivo, Malvasia, and Susumaniello, combining modern winemaking technology with respect for Salento's viticultural traditions.
