Cantine Don Saro is a historic winery in Linguaglossa on the northern slopes of Mount Etna, located at the top of an amphitheater entirely planted with vines. The estate produces a range of Etna DOC wines including reds, whites, and sparkling wines, combining centuries-old traditions with modern technology in a completely renovated cellar.
