Cantine Dei is a historic winery in Montepulciano with vineyards in the optimal zone for Vino Nobile production, crafting wines from Sangiovese (Prugnolo Gentile) and other local varieties. The estate produces Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, Rosso di Montepulciano, and Vin Santo, with wines aged in a combination of traditional large oak casks and French barriques.
