Cantine Daffara & Grasso is a historic wine cellar in Calosso in the Asti province of Piemonte, located in a UNESCO World Heritage vineyard landscape, producing wines, sparkling wines, and spirits since the union of three winemaking families in 1981. The estate is particularly known for its Moscato d'Asti alongside Barbera, Barolo, and other traditional Piemontese wines, blending innovation with generations of family expertise in viticulture and winemaking.
