Cantina Murogrosso is a small family-run winery located in Fabro Scalo, between Orvieto and Città della Pieve, founded in 1971 by Giovanni Calabresi and rooted in agricultural traditions that date back to the 1700s, with the winery built along a scenic cypress-lined avenue overlooking a tranquil valley. The estate focuses on producing wines from Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Grechetto, Chardonnay, and Vermentino, crafting both red and white wines that reflect the unique character of the Umbrian countryside near the border with Tuscany and Lazio.
