About the Winery

Cantina La Bacheta is a small organic-certified farm in Custoza, on the morainic hills surrounding Lake Garda, founded in 2003 and now run by Giorgia Quintarelli and Simone Gradizzi. The 4-hectare estate grows native varieties including Garganega and Corvina using organic and biodynamic practices, producing natural wines with minimal intervention, including sulfur-free bottlings that express the unique morainic terroir.
