About the Winery

Cantina Francesco Cadinu is a family-run artisanal winery in Mamoiada, in the Barbagia region of central Sardegna, officially established in 2015 though rooted in five generations of viticultural tradition. The estate specializes in wines made from 100% Cannonau grapes, including labels like Perdas Longas and Ghirada Elisi, as well as a rare white wine from the indigenous Granatza variety, with 8 hectares of vineyards at approximately 650 meters above sea level on granite soils.
