Cantina Fausta Mansio is a small family-run organic winery in the Val d'Anapo near Syracuse in southeastern Sicily, founded by Fausto Consiglio. The estate specializes in reviving Moscato di Siracusa, one of the world's oldest wines with DOC status since 1973, alongside Grillo, Nero d'Avola, and other native varieties on 7 hectares of clayey soil.
