About the Winery

Cantina San Martino in Rio is one of the oldest and largest cooperatives in the Modena and Reggio Emilia area, founded in 1907 and today processing approximately 300,000 quintals of grapes annually from 320 members. Their production focuses on Lambrusco varieties (Grasparossa, Sorbara, Salamino) and other indigenous grapes of the Emilian plain, combining over a century of tradition with modern innovation.
