About the Winery

Cantina del Castello is the last winery still making wine within the historic walls of Soave, housed in a 13th-century building connected to the castle by an underground tunnel, with the company founded in 1961 and now led by Marco Carlesso. The estate produces up to 150,000 bottles annually, including their acclaimed Pressoni Soave Classico cru, and offers innovative tastings comparing the same wine aged in steel, wood, and terracotta amphora.
