About the Winery

Cantina Castellani is a small artisan winery in Candia, near Ancona, built with passion by Sauro Castellani despite its small size, following the architectural and technological standards of large modern cellars. The estate produces high-quality Rosso Conero and other wines using sustainable cultivation, hand-harvesting, minimal sulfites, and aging in selected French oak barrels, adhering to the principles of the Federazione Italiana Vignaioli Indipendenti.
