About the Winery

Cantine Animas is a family winery founded in 2018 in Berchiddeddu, near Olbia in the Gallura region of northeastern Sardegna, continuing a viticultural legacy started by grandfather Giuseppino Mazzone in the 1970s. The estate produces wines that blend traditional Sardinian varieties including Vermentino and Cannonau with international grapes such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Moscato, reflecting both heritage and innovation in their winemaking approach.
