About the Winery

Canoso is a historic winery founded in 1876 in Monteforte d'Alpone, in the southeastern part of the Soave Classico zone, within the cru Cà del Vento. The estate cultivates 10-12 hectares of hillside vineyards on volcanic soils at 90-290 meters elevation, producing approximately 60,000-70,000 bottles annually from Garganega, Trebbiano di Soave, and Incrocio Manzoni, with a commitment to vegan-friendly, low-environmental-impact winemaking.
