About the Winery

Camossi is a family-run winery founded by Pietro Camossi in 1996 in Franciacorta, now managed by brothers Claudio and Dario across 24-30 hectares in five municipalities. The estate produces about 70,000 bottles of Franciacorta sparkling wines, including Extra Brut and Satèn, following the SoloUva Method since 2014, which uses only the grape's natural sugars with no added sucrose at any stage, creating wines of precise identity and unique territorial expression.
