About the Winery
Cà de' Noci is a family-run organic estate founded in 1993 by brothers Giovanni and Alberto Masini in Quattro Castella, dedicated to preserving indigenous varieties including Spergola, Malbo Gentile, and ancient Lambrusco on their 5-hectare property. Their wines, including the celebrated ""Riserva dei Fratelli"" traditional-method sparkling Spergola, are made with minimal intervention and natural yeasts, establishing them as pioneers of natural wine in the region.
