Ca' del Bosco is the most iconic winery in Franciacorta, founded in 1968 by Maurizio Zanella, now farming 300 hectares of organically certified vines in Erbusco. Renowned for pioneering the region's sparkling wine renaissance, the estate produces world-class Franciacorta DOCG wines including Cuvée Prestige and the prestige cuvée Annamaria Clementi, using innovative techniques like their famous 'berry spa' and gravity-fed cellar operations to achieve purity and precision.
