About the Winery

Fontuccia is a winery on Isola del Giglio, founded in 2006 by brothers Giovanni and Simone Rossi, who have recovered old abandoned vineyards on terraced dry-stone walls overlooking the sea. The estate exclusively cultivates Ansonica, the island's native grape, producing around 12,000 bottles annually of wines that capture the essence of the island with pronounced salinity, minerality, and marine influence.
