About the Winery
Coste del Vino (Coste del Vivo) is a personal project of winemaker Toby Owen in the Seggiano area on Monte Amiata in southern Tuscany, producing organic and biodynamic wines from Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc. Working from clay, limestone, and schist-based vineyard parcels, vinifying each plot separately with minimal intervention, Owen crafts concentrated, elegant wines that reflect the unique niche terroir of this mountainous Tuscan landscape.
