Borgo Stajnbech is a family winery in Gambellara, Vicenza, run by the Valent family for three generations, producing wines from the volcanic basalt soils of the Gambellara DOC zone. The estate crafts a diverse range including classic method sparkling wines, white and red still wines, and grappa, guided by a philosophy of harmony between land, people, and know-how.
