About the Winery
La Cipriana is one of the pioneering wine estates in Bolgheri, founded in 1975 by the Fabiani family with the first vintage of their flagship San Martino wine released in 1978. The estate produces Bolgheri DOC wines including reds, a Superiore, Vermentino, and rose from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, and other varieties, vinifying exclusively from estate-owned grapes in an entirely underground cellar.
