About the Winery
Founded in 1972 by brothers Giuseppe and Pierino Bisci, this family estate in Matelica spans 25 hectares with 18 dedicated to Verdicchio and over 2 to Sangiovese and Merlot. Now run by Mauro and Tito Bisci with winemaker Aroldo Bellelli, the winery is certified organic and acclaimed for benchmark Verdicchio di Matelica DOC, including the single-vineyard Vigneto Fogliano and the Senex Riserva, which received Tre Bicchieri from Gambero Rosso.
