About the Winery

Assuli is an organic winery located between Marsala and Mazara del Vallo in northwestern Sicily, managing approximately 130 hectares at altitudes from 100 to 600 meters. The estate, now in its third generation under the Caruso family, focuses on indigenous varieties including Nero d'Avola, Zibibbo, Grillo, Perricone, and Catarratto, and is also recovering ancient 'relic vine' varieties to preserve Sicily's biodiversity.
