About the Winery

Bellaguardia is a small winery in Montecchio Maggiore, Vicenza, nestled below the legendary castles of Romeo and Juliet, specializing in classic method sparkling wines made primarily from Pinot Bianco. Founded by Mario Caltran and now run by his son Marco, the estate produces around 40,000 bottles annually from 12 hectares of sustainably farmed vineyards on the last offshoots of Lessinia.
